Box Gopher is meant to feel boring in the best way: sign up once, put the boxes where we can reach them, and stop thinking about cardboard.

Check your ZIP code, pick a plan, and pay securely by card. Checkout collects the basics we need: name, email, service address, pickup notes, and an optional phone number.
Before checkout, the service-area gate shows your current route day. After checkout, you will land on a simple success page with pickup instructions. Box Gopher will email your first pickup date after reviewing your address and plan. No phone call or appointment request is required.
Put boxes in one place
Flatten your cardboard, keep it dry, and place it in your agreed pickup location by 8 AM on pickup day. Good pickup spots include a covered porch, side gate, garage door, or another easy-to-access location.
We make the pile disappear
Box Gopher collects the cardboard on your assigned route day. Weekly plans use every assigned route day, Every Other Week plans use every other assigned route day, and Monthly plans use one assigned route day per month. One-time overflow pickups use the next available route day after checkout. No calls, no appointments, and no waiting around at home.
If there are no boxes out when we arrive, we skip that visit and come back on the next scheduled pickup.
Pickup schedules may occasionally shift because of holidays, severe weather, or route changes. If that happens, we will make reasonable efforts to email affected customers.
Pickup day checklist
- Flatten boxes before pickup.
- Keep cardboard dry.
- Put boxes out by 8 AM.
- Keep each recurring pickup to one standard pickup stack.
- Keep trash, plastic, styrofoam, and food waste out of the stack.
- Use the same pickup spot each time unless you email support.

Have more than the plan includes?
A standard pickup covers a route-sized household stack, not an unlimited pile. One-time overflow pickup covers larger piles up to the posted overflow limit. If you have months of cardboard, moving boxes, furniture boxes, or anything oversized, send a photo before pickup so Box Gopher can confirm whether it needs an added overflow fee or a separate visit.
