Do I need to break down my boxes?
No. That's the point. Empty them, remove non-cardboard packing materials, and put them in your designated pickup spot.
What should I remove from the boxes?
Remove products, trash, food, styrofoam, plastic air pillows, bubble wrap, packing peanuts, and other non-cardboard contents.
Do I need to be home?
No. Put your empty, dry cardboard boxes in the agreed pickup spot by 8 AM and we will take it from there.
What if it rains?
Cardboard must stay dry. If heavy rain is expected, place boxes in a covered spot such as a porch, garage edge, or another protected location.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Subscriptions are designed to be easy to manage through the billing portal. You can also email support if something looks off.
How much cardboard can I put out?
Standard pickups cover normal household cardboard volume from regular deliveries. Moving, large deliveries, garage cleanouts, or unusually large quantities may require a one-time overflow pickup or a separate visit.
