Pickup schedule
After checkout, we confirm your first pickup date by email. Weekly customers are picked up every route day, Every Other Week customers every other route day, and Monthly customers one assigned route day each month.
Your day is based on your neighborhood route, which helps pickups stay predictable.

Holiday, weather, or route changes may shift pickup to the next available route day.
Pickup prep
Flatten your cardboard, keep it dry, and place it in your pickup spot by 8 AM on your route day.
Flattening keeps pickups quick and makes each stack easier to handle.
Use a covered porch, garage edge, or another protected spot when rain is expected.
Your agreed pickup location keeps the visit simple, even when you are not home.
Pickup limits
A standard pickup covers up to 25 flattened household shipping boxes, or one tidy flattened stack no larger than about 3 feet wide, 3 feet deep, and 2 feet tall.
If the pile is larger than the plan limit, send a photo before pickup. Box Gopher may quote an added overflow fee or schedule a separate visit.
Recurring plans include one standard pickup stack per scheduled visit. Larger stacks may be skipped, partially collected, or handled as an overflow pickup.
A one-time overflow pickup covers up to three standard pickup stacks. Larger moving, renovation, furniture, or months-long piles should be approved before pickup.
