Before pickup
Empty your cardboard boxes and keep them dry. Place boxes in your agreed pickup location by 8 AM on pickup day. No need to flatten, cut, or break them down.
You do not need to call, confirm, or be home. If your pickup spot is reachable and the cardboard is ready, Box Gopher will take it from there.
Please keep recurring pickups to normal household cardboard volume. If you have moving boxes, large deliveries, a garage cleanout, or an unusually large pile, email a photo before pickup so we can confirm whether it needs overflow handling.
Your pickup route
Your checkout is complete. Box Gopher assigns pickup days by local route, and we will email your first pickup date after reviewing your service address and plan.
Weekly plans use every assigned route day. Every Other Week plans use every other assigned route day. Monthly plans use one assigned route day per month.
Pickup schedules may occasionally shift because of holidays, severe weather, or route changes. If that happens, we will make reasonable efforts to email you before the adjusted pickup day.
Where to place boxes
Use the pickup spot you entered during checkout, such as a covered porch, side gate, garage door, or another visible location. If anything changes, email support.
Accepted
- Empty cardboard boxes
- Clean, dry cardboard packaging
- Normal household cardboard volume for recurring plans
- Unusually large household cardboard piles for one-time overflow pickup
Not accepted
- Trash, food waste, or household recycling mixed together
- Styrofoam, plastic, or packing peanuts
- Hazardous materials
- Wet cardboard
