- Cardboard must be dry.
- No trash, food waste, styrofoam, plastic, or hazardous materials.
- A standard pickup covers up to 25 flattened household shipping boxes, or one tidy flattened stack no larger than about 3 feet wide, 3 feet deep, and 2 feet tall.
- A one-time overflow pickup covers up to three standard pickup stacks. Larger moving, renovation, furniture, or months-long piles should be approved before pickup.
- Place boxes in the agreed pickup location by 8 AM.
- Oversized moving, furniture, or overflow piles may require overflow pickup.

Do I need to be home?
No. Put your flattened, dry cardboard in the agreed pickup spot by 8 AM and we will take it from there.
Do boxes need to be flattened?
Yes. Please flatten boxes before pickup so each visit stays quick, tidy, and predictable.
What if it rains?
Cardboard must stay dry. If heavy rain is expected, place boxes in a covered spot such as a porch, garage edge, or another protected location.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Subscriptions are designed to be easy to manage through the billing portal. You can also email support if something looks off.
