Pickup rules

Flattened cardboard only.
Cardboard must be dry.
No trash, food waste, styrofoam, plastic, or hazardous materials.
A standard pickup covers up to 25 flattened household shipping boxes, or one tidy flattened stack no larger than about 3 feet wide, 3 feet deep, and 2 feet tall.
A one-time overflow pickup covers up to three standard pickup stacks. Larger moving, renovation, furniture, or months-long piles should be approved before pickup.
Place boxes in the agreed pickup location by 8 AM.
Oversized moving, furniture, or overflow piles may require overflow pickup.

Monthly works for lighter delivery households. Every Other Week is the easiest starting point for busy homes. Weekly is best when boxes are a constant part of the week.

A standard pickup covers up to 25 flattened household shipping boxes, or one tidy flattened stack no larger than about 3 feet wide, 3 feet deep, and 2 feet tall.

Overflow pickup limit

A one-time overflow pickup covers up to three standard pickup stacks. Larger moving, renovation, furniture, or months-long piles should be approved before pickup.
