Pickup rules

Empty cardboard only. No flattening required.
Cardboard must be dry.
No trash, food waste, styrofoam, plastic, or hazardous materials.
A standard pickup covers normal household cardboard volume from regular deliveries.
A one-time overflow pickup is available for moving boxes, large deliveries, post-holiday cardboard, or garage cleanouts.
Place boxes in the agreed pickup location by 8 AM.
Moving, furniture, commercial, or unusually large piles may require overflow pickup or a separate visit.
